5. Within the warranty period specified in the contract, our company will provide on-site service to repair and replace damaged parts free of charge for parts damaged due to vehicle quality problems. For parts damaged due to improper use by customers, our company is obliged to repair and replace the damaged parts with compensation.

After the expiration of the quality assurance period specified in the contract, our company will continue to provide after-sales service for your vehicles.

5、 Service efficiency

In order to better ensure the normal operation of the equipment, timely answer the questions raised by users and help users solve problems, the company's maintenance center and local maintenance outlets are responsible for the opening, maintenance and technical consulting services in various places. The maintenance center is responsible for providing free technical consulting services to customers at any time by full-time engineers. It is guaranteed to respond within 1 hour and arrive at the site 24 hours after receiving the user's fault call.
